RAKUS Light Cloud Co., Ltd. announced that unauthorized access by a third party occurred on its email distribution service “blastmail”, leading to potential personal data leaks.
So far, we have not confirmed whether our mailing list has been affected by the leak, and the operating company is still continuing its investigation.

Our next newsletter distribution will be postponed until “blastmail” restores its service.
Please Be Cautious of Suspicious Emails
Due to this incident, there is a possibility that suspicious e-mails disguised as being from us may be sent.
If you receive such an e-mail, please be sure NOT to do the following:
- Click on any links in the e-mail.
- Open attachments.
- Share your personal information or password.
- Reply to the e-mail.
Please also be cautious of messages that pretend to apologize for data leaks or request confirmation procedures.
